Metadata (Headers): We access the “From” and “To” fields of emails labeled “warmup” (incoming) or in the Sent folder (outgoing).

Email Labels: We read and modify email labels (e.g., remove UNREAD, add Processed).

We do not access, read, or store email content (body, attachments, or conversations).

B) Data Collected from Websites

After extracting a domain from an email address, we crawl publicly available contact information (e.g., business emails) from the sender’s website.

C) Data Stored in Google Sheets

Extracted primary email addresses and their corresponding domains are stored in a user-specified Google Sheet.

The app does not access any other Google Sheets beyond the one authorized by the user.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data only for the intended purpose:

Automate lead generation by identifying primary email addresses from businesses using Smartlead warmup.

Store identified email addresses in Google Sheets for user access.

Prevent duplicate processing by applying labels in Gmail.

We do not use data for marketing, sharing, or third-party analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

The only services we interact with are Google APIs (Gmail and Sheets) and public business websites for crawling.

OAuth Authentication: We use Google's OAuth 2.0, meaning we never see or store your Gmail password.

Minimal Data Access: We request only the necessary API scopes (gmail.modify, spreadsheets).

Your Gmail data remains private, and no emails are modified beyond applying or removing labels.

6. Your Choices and Control

Revoke Access Anytime: You can revoke our app’s access to your Gmail or Google Sheets at any time via Google Account Permissions.

Delete Data: Since all extracted emails are stored in your own Google Sheets, you have full control over managing or deleting them.

Uninstalling the App: Simply remove the app’s OAuth authorization from your Google settings to stop all access.

7. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

We do not process personal or sensitive data beyond publicly available business email addresses.

We do not track users or collect behavioral data.

If you are a resident of the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA) and need your data deleted, simply remove our app’s access from your Google account.
